Awesome hospitality, however, cleanliness needs to be improved
Hospitality, air condititoning, bar
Cleanliness - Stained towels (small dark spots) - No disposable slippers (plastic slippers is a major hygiene issue if you are not using a new pair for every customer) - Old pillow cases (yellow stained) - Bugs in the bathroom
