A luxurious, memorable & relaxing stay with services that exceeded expectations.

The facilities are nice. The shows are entertaining and the kids areas are great. The food is okay but lacks variety.
The rooms are old and cramped, show signs of wear and even mold. They wouldn't allow our Uber on hotel property because they have some agreement with a certain taxi company, made us carry our suitcases for 200m for absolutely no good reason.

very clean, beautiful and amazing hard working staff Lots of food options
i would have liked more women only facilities their attached spa is overpriced aswell as the shops on the resort! please make sure to pack your own toothpaste as it cost £10+ to buy from there

Loved it.
The location is wonderful! The sea is clean and warm in August. The staff are friendly, polite and welcoming. The hotel itself is very green, with tons of facilitie. The food is great. All in all a terrific experience.
There is just one small thing -- why are there nofeminine hygiene products available? There is literally everything else -- tooth kit, shaving kit, even sewing kit... But no pads? Weird.
