Very luxurious

Excellent service at C Central Resort The Palm. Johnson at the concierge was professional, courteous, and very helpful throughout our stay. The hotel is well-maintained, welcoming, and offers a high standard of hospitality. A very pleasant experience overall.

Friendly staff

I am just amazed by how friendly everyone was. All staff super nice and not pushy. Amazing job and I’m definitely coming back to Dubai and staying here. I’m going to recommend this place to friends.

A great experience

C Central Buffet completely exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were treated like kings. The staff are extremely vigilant, warm, and highly professional — attentive without ever being intrusive. We especially admire the professionalism…

Exceptional

I stayed here last week with my mum. We had the best stay and all the staff were very helpful and friendly. We would definitely stay here again. The room was clean and all facilities were great. Thank you to all the staff for taking care of my mum :)
